Q&A

LP: How would you describe your art?

Vibey, high-energy, feel-good ear worms 🐛

LP: When did you start performing?

Been performing practically since I was born (school choir, local events, etc.) but professionally for the last 3 years

LP: Who are your influences?

Artists like Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran for the pop sensibility and songwriting, and bands like Imagine Dragons, The Script, One Republic for the stadium-sized, anthemic sound

LP: If you were given $1,000 dollars for an art project, what would you do?

I’d use it to host a small community event where people can express themselves freely through music, poetry, and art — something like an inclusive open mic that celebrates creativity and connection. I’d also use part of it to improve the sound quality and presentation of my own music, so it can reach and uplift more people.

LP: What do you think the function of art is in the 21st century?

To me, art in the 21st century still serves the same timeless purpose — to make people feel something. It’s a way to express your truth, share your emotions, and connect with others who resonate with it. I believe its deepest power lies in honesty, empathy, and helping people find their tribe through shared emotion and experience.

LP: Why did you sign up to perform at PorchFest 2025?

I love any opportunity to share my music, connect with people, and be part of something that brings a community together. Porchfest feels like such a fun, down-to-earth way to do that — performing outdoors, meeting new people, learning their stories, and creating moments that make everyone feel a little more alive.
